​ネットに掲載する壺也の制作物にはすべて壺也に著作権があります。

（仕事の絵はこの限りではありません）

PCやスマホで個人で閲覧を楽しむ分には保存OKです。報告も不要です。

◎→保存・壁紙やロック画面設定

✖→アイコン・ヘッダーなどSNS等でプロフィールにあたる部分への使用、自作発言、加工、絵または絵を使用したアイテムの販売等他者が利益を伴うもの、大衆の眼に触れる場での勝手な使用　等

【転載・絵の使用】

SNSにて転載を希望する際は、名前と、サイトやTwitter、pixiv、weiboなどのリンクを必須でお願いします。報告不要。

基本的に、絵を使用されたい場合は掲載料・使用料が発生しますのでご相談ください。

※利益目的でなくとも大衆の目に触れる成果物に対して使用したい場合も使用料が発生します。

 

【模倣】

イラストの練習や参考としてのトレースや模倣は結構ですが、それをSNS等に公開する際は壺也の名前の併記があると幸いです。（できればそのような投稿はご遠慮お願いしたいところです）

【ファンアート・コスプレ】

壺也の創作キャラクターのファンアート、コスプレ、利益目的でない二次創作は許可しています。

むしろ嬉しいので大歓迎です。

これらに準拠していないと判断した場合、使用料を請求することがあります。

用法・用量をきちんと守ってイラストを楽しみましょう。

If you want to reprint it on social networking sites, please include your name and a link to the site, Twitter, pixiv, weibo, etc.

Basically, if you want to use the pictures, you will have to pay a fee for their use.

If you want to use your picture for products that will be seen by the public, even if it is not for profit, you will have to pay for the use of your picture.

 

[Imitation]

Tracing and imitating illustrations as practice and reference is fine, but I would appreciate it if you could include Tsubonari's name when you publish them on social media. (If possible, please refrain from posting in that manner.

We allow fan art, cosplay, and derivative works of Tsubonari's creative characters that are not for profit.

I'm more than happy to do so and welcome it.

We may charge you a fee if we determine that you are not in compliance with these.
